We are hiring freshers/interns/ trainee for our company for the role of Talent Acquisition- Bulk hiring.

KRA:

• Responsible for handling Non-IT requirements for Domestic clients- Bulk Hiring.
• Responsible for full recruiting Life Cycle: Sourcing, Screening & Validation, Profile Sharing & follow up, engagement, Offer Negotiation, and hiring/onboarding/successful placement for the assigned requirement.
• Experience in hiring using social media and networking is highly preferred.
• Sourcing from Job Portals , Making job postings on the Job Portal or LinkedIn.
• Must have good experience in sourcing profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per clients' requirements.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Must be a Strong team player with a positive mindset.
• Should be excellent in MS Office.
• Should be able to take up additional responsibilities as and when required.

• Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Dynamic/ Go getter/ Smart/ Energetic / Good Attitude/ willing to learn.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
• Should have sound working skills in Microsoft excel.
