Evergreen Solar is West Bengal’s leading solar company, dedicated to providing high-quality solar solutions with excellent customer support. We are seeking a talented HR & Social Media Marketing Intern who can also manage our social media platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Assist in recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
• Support onboarding and maintain employee records
• Handle attendance tracking and HR documentation
• Organize employee engagement activities

Social Media Marketing:

• Develop and execute content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos to enhance brand visibility
• Plan and run paid promotions and ad campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement

Social Media Handler:

• Manage day-to-day social media interactions (respond to comments, messages, and inquiries)
• Track analytics and performance metrics to improve engagement
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and creative writing skills
•  Knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
•  Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
•  Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus
•  Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
•  Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
