Internship Duration: 3 Months

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office )

Stipend: Rs.3,000-6,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintaining applicant tracking system.

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports.
• Support in managing employee attendance and leave records.
• Handling basic HR related queries from employees.

Employee Engagement:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities.
• Gather employee feedback and suggestions.
• Assist in creating employee communications.

Compliance:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Research and stay updated on relevant labour laws.

General Support:

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned.
• Data Entry and report generation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (Work from Home & Work from Office in Kolkata).
• Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/computer.
