Position Overview:

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will support our HR team in various recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process and an opportunity to develop skills in HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
5. Support the creation and updating of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
6. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
7. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
8. Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
6. Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for working in HR.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Preferred Candidate: Only females can apply.
2. Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
