Position: HR Recruiter Intern

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Internship Duration: 3 Months (extendable by 3 months based on performance)

Stipend: Rs.5,000 - Rs.8,000 per month (increment after successful probation)

Equipment: Laptop provided by the company

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition efforts. This internship is ideal for those eager to kickstart their career in HR and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms, job portals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Support the recruitment team in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
• Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the HR team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-6 months of prior experience in HR/recruitment (internships included).
• Experience in sourcing candidates via job portals is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
