HR Intern – Kolkata

If so, then we want YOU! We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in vibrant Kolkata. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in building our future by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across diverse roles and departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, employee referrals, and job boards.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify promising candidates.
3. Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with hiring managers, utilizing strong communication and active listening skills.
4. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
5. Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
6. Analyze recruitment data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
7. Proactively build relationships with potential candidates and nurture talent pipelines.
8. Contribute to fostering a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear and concise written and verbal communication.
3. Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent across diverse positions.
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
6. Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Fluency in English is a must.
