Calling all Freshers!

Qtonix Software is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR Trainee. This is a 3-Months program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Work on the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions.
• Job Posting: Manage job postings on various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIN ,Indeed) and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• nterview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
