Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
2. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

  Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.

1. Employee Relations:
2. Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.

   Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

1. HR Operations:
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

   Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

1. Training and Development:
2. Support the planning and execution of training programs and workshops.

   Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating training effectiveness.

1. Performance Management:
2. Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.

  Help in collecting and analyzing performance data.

1. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

   Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

Undergraduate: B.Tech (preferred)

Postgraduate: MBA/MA in Human Resource Management

Experience:

Civil engineering: 1 year (Required)

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)

HR sourcing: 1 year (Required)

Recruiting: 1 year (Required)
