Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (written and oral). This role requires a proactive individual who is willing to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Sales:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Regularly follow up with clients to address their needs and provide excellent service.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance service offerings and marketing strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market activities.
• Prepare regular reports for management on business development performance.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (+2) or a graduate degree. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

• Fluent in English (both written and oral).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Attributes:
