Role Brief:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to support our tele calling efforts and drive account openings for our digital investment platform, Dhanush. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in client communication, acquisition, and relationship management within a professional financial services environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or leads.
• Explain the benefits and process of account opening.
• Build rapport with prospective clients to understand their concerns or hesitations.
• Guide customers through the necessary steps to complete KYC and activate accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and account status.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth client onboarding/reactivation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of financial services or an interest in the investment space
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative
