Designation: Digital Marketing Intern

Duration: 3-6 months

Stipend: Unpaid

Timings: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Days: Monday - Saturday

Language: English, Hindi, Bengali

Educational Background – Any graduate or postgraduate with relevant experience. BBA and MBA will be given preference. Previous internship experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Scheduling

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Ensure content is posted on time and optimized for engagement.

Content Creation

• Create compelling visuals, captions, and CTAs for social media campaigns.

Meta Ads Management

• Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Help with audience targeting, budget management, and ad performance analysis.
• Monitor and report on ad spend and performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet objectives.

Campaign Performance Monitoring

• Track key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement rates for all campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.

Invoicing & Budget Tracking

• Assist in tracking and managing the budget for Meta Ads and other marketing campaigns.
• Help prepare and send invoices for digital services, ensuring all payments are accounted for.
• Track client invoicing and payment status to ensure timely revenue collection.

Documentation & Record-Keeping

• Maintain clear and organized records of all digital marketing campaigns, invoices, budgets, and performance reports.
• Document campaign performance, content schedules, and social media strategies in a structured format for easy access by the team.
• Create and update campaign reports, including data analysis, insights, and key takeaways for future campaigns.

Lead Generation

• Assist in developing and executing lead-generation strategies through social media, email marketing, and website landing pages.
• Identify potential leads and customer segments for outreach.

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
• Help define target audiences, budget allocation, and campaign goals.
• Research and analyze market trends to support strategy development.

Requirements:

• Should be able to work independently
• Proven experience in the related field will be an advantage
• Extraordinary communication skills both written and verbal
• Good personality and Communication Skill
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms
• Shall be result - driven
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation and A/B testing
• Internship In the similar field will have an added advantage
