Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising)
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform digital marketing strategies
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for digital channels
• Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve ROI goals
• Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide insights for future campaign optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product) to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 1-2 years)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot)
