Around Always is a women-led premium footwear designer from Kolkata with over 80K Instagram followers. We specialize in creating wedding shoes that blend Indian craftsmanship with modern flair, offering a full range of bridal and casual footwear.

We are looking for a creative Social Media Intern to elevate our brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest. You will get to work on our social media strategy, content creation, influencer collaborations, and community engagement, ensuring that our brand stands out in the bridal fashion landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Curate and create engaging, high-quality content (reels, carousels, stories) that resonates with our target audience.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with key brand campaigns, festivals, and wedding seasons
• Collaborate with influencers, wedding bloggers, and brand ambassadors to drive awareness and engagement.
• Manage paid social media campaigns to drive brand visibility, website traffic, and conversions.
• Engage with the bridal community by responding to comments, messages, and queries, building strong relationships with followers.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize strategy and content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, bridal fashion, and digital marketing to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience (0-3 years) in social media management for a D2C brand, preferably in fashion or bridal categories.
• Understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn algorithms, with a knack for crafting engaging content.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar video-editing apps.
• Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads and paid media strategy is a plus.
• Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
• Passion for storytelling.

Contract length: 6 months

Stipend: Rs.5,000.00 - Rs.20,000.00 per month
