Full job description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer Intern to join our dynamic team in South Kolkata. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about design and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our design and development teams to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with user experience goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
Understanding of design principles and user-centered design.
Experience with prototyping tools and creating interactive prototypes.
Basic knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
