Digital Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other business development strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs.
• Lead the bidding process from initial opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development and bidding, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of generating new business and securing contracts through bidding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Barakpur, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
