Job Title: Outreach & Marketing Intern

Job Type: Internship

Location: Salt Lake Sector V

Duration: 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
2. Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, and newsletters.
3. Social Media Management:
4. Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
5. Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages.
6. Lead Communication:
7. Take the lead in communication efforts, ensuring timely and effective interaction with potential partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.
8. Draft and edit emails, pitches, and other communication materials.
9. Influencer Marketing:
10. Research and identify potential influencers and thought leaders in the industry.
11. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with influencers for collaboration opportunities.
12. Outreach Initiatives:
13. Research and identify potential partners, influencers, and collaborators for outreach campaigns.
14. Assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies to expand our reach and strengthen relationships.
15. Marketing Strategy Implementation:
16. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
17. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement integrated marketing campaigns.
18. Analytics and Reporting:
19. Analyze marketing and outreach performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
20. Generate regular reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
21. Event Coordination:
22. Support the planning and execution of virtual or physical events, webinars, and workshops.
23. Assist in coordinating logistics and ensuring a seamless participant experience.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
4. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
5. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
