Company Description:

Iblix Digital is a digital marketing agency located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, specialising in social media management and website optimisation services. Our goal is to enhance brand presence and drive conversions through engaging digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Outreach & Follow-ups:

Make cold calls to prospective clients, Use templates provided by the team to send out introductory emails to prospects. Personalise each email based on the client’s industry or need.

Follow up with leads that have not responded to previous outreach.

  • CRM Management:

Update the CRM with lead information, status, and next steps after sending outreach emails or receiving responses.

Help the team by scheduling discovery calls, demos, or follow-up meetings with leads.

Listen in on sales calls, discovery meetings, or client demos to gain experience in handling real conversations. Take notes, observe client needs, and learn how the sales team presents solutions and handles objections.

  • Reporting & Reflection:

Prepare a daily summary of activities, including leads contacted, emails sent, meetings scheduled, and next steps.

Track progress, including calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled, and the number of new leads added to the pipeline.

Organise and prioritise leads or follow-ups for the next day. Make sure the CRM is up to date with clear actions for tomorrow.

  • Tools and Software:

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Sales Navigator

Email scraping tools and other lead generation software.

FULL TIME CONVERSION OPPORTUNITY.
