Full job description:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
2. Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies across various channels, including inbound and outbound marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
3. Utilize AI-powered tools to identify and target ideal prospects, create compelling content, and personalize outreach efforts.
4. Implement AI-driven automation solutions to streamline lead capture, qualification, and nurturing processes.
5. Conduct A/B testing and monitor campaign performance using analytics to continuously optimize results.
6. Marketing Expertise:
7. Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, aligning them with overall business objectives.
8. Create high-quality content (blogs, ebooks, webinars, etc.) that attracts and engages target audiences.
9. Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal deliverability and conversion rates.
10. Understand and leverage marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
11. Data & Analytics:
12. Analyze lead generation data and campaign performance to identify insights and drive continuous improvement.
13. Generate reports and presentations to share key findings with stakeholders.
14. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices, especially in the realm of AI-powered marketing.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Marketing (MBA preferred) with a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.
2. 0-1+ years of experience in lead generation and marketing campaign execution.
3. Proven track record of successfully generating qualified leads using a combination of traditional and AI-powered methods.
4. Experience with AI marketing tools (e.g., Leadfeeder, Phrasee, LinkedIn chatgpt bard ) is a strong plus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
7. Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
