Position: Social Media Manager Intern

Location: Kolkata/Work From Office

We’re Nico Digital, a dynamic, fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, PPC, social media, and web development. We work with a range of clients, from D2C brands to established eCommerce companies, helping them drive traffic, engage audiences, and grow their online presence. We're looking for a creative, driven Social Media Manager Intern to join our team and help elevate our clients' social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written posts) that aligns with our clients' brand identities and goals.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish daily posts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring optimal timing and frequency.
• Engagement & Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster an engaged online community for clients.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
• Trend Research: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to suggest fresh ideas and keep clients’ strategies competitive.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the team to assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, giveaways, or promotions.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and content types, basic design skills (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus), and excellent communication abilities.
• Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas for social media posts that will engage and grow our clients' audiences.
• Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics tools and an interest in understanding and improving performance.
• Passion: Enthusiastic about social media and digital marketing with a proactive approach to learning and self-improvement.
