Job Title: Marketing and HR Intern

Duration: 12 Months (In-Office Internship)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, email, and search engines.
Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters to enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience preferences.
Support the team in brainstorming and implementing creative marketing strategies.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Manage and update employee databases and HR documentation.
Organize virtual onboarding sessions and employee engagement activities.
Support the HR team in drafting policies, maintaining compliance records, and other administrative tasks.
Conduct surveys and analyze employee feedback to suggest improvements.
