Full job description:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist CEO and Marketing team in their daily activities
2. Research and apply SEO/SEM best practices for our website
3. Assist with retargeting campaigns of online traffic (Google/Facebook)
4. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans of the agency
5. Track and report digital and website analytics
6. Improve and build our online lead generation campaigns
7. Create and monitor targeted monthly newsletter
8. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
9. Create, organize, & monitor paid social media campaigns
10. Update social media accounts regularly
11. Help strategize and find new ways to increase our social media exposure for our Facebook and Instagram profiles
12. Create creative content for social media accounts
13. Manage and coordinate marketing content calendar
14. Design content and posts as needed
15. Work with our design team and vendors to produce high quality content for our website, blog and social media channels

Skills and Experience:

1. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google My Business, Facebook Ads, and/or Facebook/Instagram page management
2. Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Apple/Google equivalents.
3. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter a must. You are familiar with Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest and have these apps on your phone as you read this.
4. Experience working with email marketing platforms like MailChimp or equivalents.
5. WordPress basics are very important
6. Keyword research experience nice to have
7. Creative skills are a must. Knowledge of graphic design principles and concepts are important. Training and experience with Adobe creative suite or equivalent is a bonus
8. Experience with social media management tools like Buffer, HootSuite, or Later is a strong bonus
9. Experience using virtual meeting tools. (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Meetings, etc)

Requirements:

1. You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a 2.70 GPA or higher
2. You must be highly motivated to succeed. Don’t quit attitude.
3. Did we mention, you must be super creative and energetic
4. Strong computer skills is a must
5. Strong email and written communications skills
6. Must be a superb in spelling, grammar and reading comprehension.
7. Own and know how to use a Laptop/MacBook Pro
8. Strong grasp of the English language
9. Large personal social media following a plus*
10. Solid understanding of technology and current social trends
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
12. Natural knack for words, experience writing ad copy is not necessary (we will teach you) but is a plus
