        • Complete Web Graphics is a Kolkata-based internet market agency that helps in website design and development and offers various digital marketing services. Currently we are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern.  The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.  Additionally, candidates familiar with the various concepts of web design, development, and digital marketing will be highly preferred.  It is a paid internship opportunity that will allow selected candidates to gain a deeper understanding of different web designing, development and digital marketing concepts. It will help them communicate with prospects and leads efficiently.  

        • On-Job Training (Paid)  

        • Candidates will get an opportunity to be acquainted with different technicalities involved in various digital marketing, web designing and development aspects Candidates will be trained to identify business opportunities and place online bids for them Candidates will be trained on improving negotiation skills with prospects Candidates will be trained to maintain communication and made regular follow-ups to convert leads to businesses Job Responsibilities  Get familiar with the technicalities involved in the services we offer – web designing and development and digital marketing Identify and research online freelancing platform, such as Upwork, freelancer, Fiverr to select suitable project opportunities Identify and secure new business opportunities Understand prospect’s business needs and convince them how our services could better serve them Communicate effectively to clients and partners about our services – digital marketing, web designing and developments to generate leads and manage customer relationship Develop and implement various sales strategies to achieve sales targets Craft effective business proposals outlining the scope, timeline, budget, and services to be offered In addition to bidding, you should also focus on networking through various social media platforms, groups, etc., to expand company’s reach and generate leads Analyse competitors’ bids and pricing strategies to determine competitive advantages Ensure the bids are well-written, accurate, and free of inconsistencies Ensure timely bid submission Maintain positive client relationships and provide excellent customer support throughout project life cycle Maintain records of bid submitted, projects won, and revenue generated from each platform

         

        •  Skills Requirements: Freshers can apply. Have great oral and written English communication skills Great analytical and logical skills Can work independently and also work closely with sales and marketing team Eager to learn and improve knowledge in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, web designing and development, etc.
