Role Overview:

As our Digital Marketing & Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in attracting potential candidates and talented individuals to join our matchmaking services as freelancers. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• • Developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies to recruit matchmakers.
  • Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to connect with our target audience.
  • Utilizing email marketing, and other digital channels to drive lead generation for candidates.
  • Identifying and implementing innovative recruitment techniques to source qualified candidates for matchmaking roles.
  • Finding the right people to join our team 

Requirements:

• •  Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and brand building.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Excellent English communication and networking skills.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
