Position Overview:
As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will support our HR team in various recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process and an opportunity to develop skills in HR and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Support the creation and updating of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for working in HR.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred Candidate: Only females can apply.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
