    Job Description:

    As an HR Intern at LEAD HEIGHT you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. You will work closely with our HR team to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.


    Recruitment Support:

    • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms.
    • Screen resumes and applications.
    • Coordinate interviews and assessments.
    • Assist in conducting reference checks.


    • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome kits and conducting orientation sessions.
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

    Employee Relations:

    • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

    Training and Development:

    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
    • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and collecting feedback.

    HR Projects:

    • Support HR projects as assigned, which may include policy development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, or HR process improvements.


    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
