Job Description: HR Intern Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

    Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.

  • Employee Relations:
    Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.

     Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

  • HR Operations:
    Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

     Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

  • Training and Development:
    Support the planning and execution of training programs and workshops.

     Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating training effectiveness.

  • Performance Management:
    Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.

    Help in collecting and analyzing performance data.

  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
    Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

     Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

Undergraduate: B.Tech (preferred)
Postgraduate: MBA/MA in Human Resource Management

Experience:

Civil engineering: 1 year (Required)
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
HR sourcing: 1 year (Required)
Recruiting: 1 year (Required)
