Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Intern will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at LearnKnow Digital. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
    Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Employee Relations:
    Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
    Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
    Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Performance Management:
    Develop and oversee performance management systems and processes.
    Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
    Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on performance improvement.
  • Training and Development:
    Identify training needs and create development programs for employees.
    Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
    Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
    Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures.
    Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
    Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
    Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
    Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
    Use data-driven insights to enhance HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
