Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Researching and writing high-quality content like product descriptions, user manuals, website content, etc.
2. Optimising content for search engines using keywords, meta tags and other SEO techniques
3. Collaborating with other teams like designers and developers to align content with the company’s brand.
4. Monitor and analyse performance metrics, including website, traffic, engagement rates and conversion rates and adjust content strategy as needed.
5. Creating and executing a content calendar.
6. Reviewing, editing and proofreading content.

Skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate complex ideas to different audiences.
2. Ability to conceptualise, ideate and execute ideas across integrated mediums.
3. The ability to take feedback well and adapt ideas to clients’ and colleagues’ needs.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Strong interpersonal, research skills, with the ability to conduct research on various topics and synthesize information into engaging content.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
