Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and contribute to the development of scalable backend systems.
Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash to support server management and DevOps activities.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to identify areas for automation and implement solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot automated process to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Create and maintain documentation for automation scripts and process.
Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all automation process.
Support the design and implementation of database schemas using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Contribute to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.
Assist in testing and debugging backend applications.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in backend technologies.
Contribute to the overall technical direction of the company and provide valuable insights on software architecture and scalability.

Requirements:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python.
Interest in RESTful API design principles.
Exposure to version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

Coursework or personal projects showcasing backend development skills.
Interest in learning about database technologies and their integration with backend systems.
