Along with financing, we are building the end to end supply chain to decrease downtime for drivers and enhance their income leading to better living standards for their family.
Job Summary: As a Collection Executive, your main responsibility is to contact customers and collect payments for overdue bills, loans, or other payments. You will be communicating with customers through phone calls, emails, and sometimes in person to discuss payment options and resolve any outstanding issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them about overdue bills or payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and methods with customers.
- Update customer records with payment information and actions taken.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to payments.
- Maintain records of all collection activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience of 1-2 years in collections field
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Good in negotiation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Working Conditions:
- Typically works in an office environment.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work to reach customers.
