Full job description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations and allow you to develop a foundational understanding of the HR industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating with departments.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR-related events.
• Provide administrative support such as drafting letters, preparing reports, and handling confidential documents.
• Participate in performance management and employee feedback processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Help in managing employee benefits, time-off requests, and payroll documentation.
• Contribute to HR projects as needed, such as diversity initiatives, training, and development programs.

Qualification:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
