Full job description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate leads. You will work closely with our marketing team to create and optimize strategies across various digital channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters that aligns with our brand voice and engage our target audience.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, including content planning, scheduling, and community management to build and maintain a strong online presence.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights. Generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
